Plumhoff & Associates was founded in 1985 by Craig Plumhoff, Mark Grierson, and Dale Shivers. Prior to founding P&A, they were associates in a large multi-lined international brokerage firm. For over 20 years they have operated under three core principles:

All three principals have maintained client responsibilities throughout the firm’s history. They have served on numerous carrier councils, both regional and national. In addition, they have also been involved with the legislative community, serving as special advisor to various U.S. Senators and Congressmen. They have also been educators leading insurance classes and seminars at the University of Houston.
